Déplorable, comment on peut se prétendre "dépanneur" lorsque on ne dépanne pas, un appel passer a 5h du matin, ma voiture ne démarrait plus (batterie morte) et un pneu était crever, comme la personne derrière le téléphone d'abord. La personne n'a pris quasiment aucune information sur le lieu ou je me situais, et n'a pas voulu en savoir d'avantage. Je cite : "je réunie une équipe et nous arrivons très vite" 6h plus tard aucune nouvelle ne répond toujours pas au téléphone, obligé d'appeler un vrai dépanneur compétant du grand n'importe quoi du pur foutage de gueule.
